We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Traffic Management Coordinator to join our team. Our client, Openreach operates the largest fibre broadband network in the UK. The Coordinator role involves allocating, planning, and assigning jobs to suppliers. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to maintain effective relationships with various stakeholders. The Traffic Management Coordinator will play a crucial role in optimising all processes within the department.
Responsibilities
- Processing and creating works into diaries.
- Liaising with councils and external sub-contractors to ensure traffic management is booked and in place.
- Monitoring the TM photos inbox.
- Supporting the TM Commercial team in any tasks that may occur.
- Ensuring that all systems are kept up to date with accurate information.
- Updating TM Works Diary, including application of resources.
- Receiving/responding to TM request forms.
- Creating/updating job packs.
- Creating quotes & invoices, logging data and sending to relevant parties.
- Updating, collating and chasing fuel receipts/defect sheets.
- Updating/chasing audits.
- Liaising with council for various applications.
Experience
- Experience in a Coordinator role preferred but not essential.
- Intermediate level of Excel.
- Ability to manage multiple workloads.
- Strong planning and organisational skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Telecoms knowledge and scheduling experience would be advantageous.
