About the Company:

Here at MJ Quinn, we currently have an exciting new opportunity for a Technical Training Administrator to join the business. This position will be based at our Training School office in Knowsley. MJ Quinn are an established national organisation, with contracts covering the length and breadth of the UK and Ireland. We have over 1500 workers delivering our services. Your role will include:

  • Logging NRSWA & IPAF card details on 365
  • Uploading NRSWA & IPAF to SMART
  • Scanning and sending out NRSWA & IPAF cards/certs to engineers
  • Sending out invitations for Upskills/Cross Skills/Inductions/Reassessments etc.
  • Logging all accreditations on 365
  • Booking hotels
  • Adding data onto 365
  • Creating ID cards for any DL/3rd party engineers that are in the training school
  • Uploading Accreditations
  • Answering calls and dealing with enquiries
  • Ensuring all visitors sign in and are escorted round the building
  • Ensuring all trainees sign in and are shown to the correct classrooms
  • Completing weekly SMART reports
  • Creating ID cards for any DL/3rd party requests that come through from the field and posting out to the engineer/manager/3rd party company

To comply with M J Quinn Integrated Services Ltd.’s company Handbook, Policies and Procedures. Adhere to all relevant company policies and procedures addressing data protection, data security, cyber security and access to data and information collected, processed, and stored by the company. Assist and support the company in all areas of compliance with current data protection and information security laws.

Experience:

  • Previous experience in a fast paced environment preferred
  • Excellent communicating skills both face to face and over the telephone
  • Ability to manage multiple workloads
  • IT Literate
