About the Role: Here at MJ Quinn, we currently have an exciting new opportunity for a Renewables Project Manager to join our Energy Division. This position will be based in Milton Keynes working hybrid remote and on site, reporting into the Technical Director.
Responsibilities:
- Carry out planning in accordance with the needs of your client, including setting goals and objectives, defining roles, and producing schedules and timelines for tasks.
- Lead and motivate your project team from both internal and external stakeholder organisations.
- Manage the project, coordinating the project team to keep them on track and keep the project on budget.
- Identify and manage risks to ensure delivery is on time, implementing necessary changes throughout the process.
- Report regularly to management and the client.
- Deliver quality service ensuring that performance standards and contractual KPIs and SLAs are met.
- Ensure all Health and Safety policies are always adhered to.
Relationships:
- Maintain and build a good working relationship with colleagues, customers, suppliers, and senior management teams.
- Work efficiently and effectively as part of a team.
- Communicate effectively with all other departments.
Person Specification:
- Previous experience of management on Mechanical and Electrical Project.
- Ground Mount Solar Farm build experience essential.
- Excellent organisation skills, to plan the use of people and resources to meet deadlines.
- Ability to use initiative and make decisions under pressure.
- Ability to manage organisational change whilst delivering business results.
- Ability to monitor and control budgets.
- A legal right to work in the UK.
- A full clean UK driving licence with no more than 6 points.
- All applicants will be subject to an enhanced DBS check.
