We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electrical Supervisor to oversee our electrical projects and ensure the efficient operation of electrical systems. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, project management skills, and a comprehensive understanding of electrical systems, including logic controllers and schematics. This role is crucial in maintaining high standards of safety and quality while managing a team of electricians.
Duties
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of electricians and other engineers.
- Manage project timelines, ensuring that all tasks are completed on schedule and within scope.
- Maintain electrical systems by performing regular inspections, troubleshooting issues, and implementing necessary repairs.
- Provide guidance and training to team members on best practices and safety protocols.
- Interpret and work from schematics to ensure accurate installation and maintenance of electrical systems.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards in all electrical work undertaken.
- Collaborate with other departments to facilitate smooth operations across projects.
Skills

- Ideally, we are looking for someone who has facilities management background.
- Hold a full driving license with no more than 6 penalty points and no bans within the last 12 months.
- Be available for an on-call rota.
