We are recruiting for Poling Operatives to join our Midlands Team. As a Poling Operative you will be responsible for the installation and removal of poles, including dressing new poles covering the South Wales region. This is an entry‑level position; all training will be provided. After an 18‑week training period earning potentials will vastly increase and will be discussed in further detail on a telephone interview. This is a subcontracting opportunity.

Essential Requirements
- Full UK driving licence
- Strong work ethic and ability to work under pressure

- Organised, self‑motivated, and achievement‑oriented
- Basic computer literacy
Key Responsibilities
- Replace decayed, damaged, or defective poles in the Openreach network
- Install new poles to support customer connections
- Ensure all work meets client specifications and safety standards
- Maintain driving standards and legal compliance
- Adhere to Health & Safety legislation and company/client policies
Desirable Qualifications
- Experience working in the Openreach network
- Groundworks or civils experience
- IPAF 1B NPORS N107 or equivalent
- Full NRSWA Streetworks operative‑level qualification
- 360 excavator operation
- PASMA certification
