We are excited to announce we are actively seeking an FTTP Area Manager in the Service Delivery department. The position will be field based covering the South Wales areas.

Salary: £37,000

Working Hours: 37.5hr per week between 8:00am- 20:00pm (Monday- Friday)

Company Vehicle: Van provided

Your role will include:

  • Managing the team within budget constraints and seeking every opportunity to reduce cost and maximise bottom line revenue growth.
  • Ensuring all team members are skilled, kitted and accredited to the standards expected by the client.
  • Managing the performance and the continuous improvement of team members through development, recognition, effective communications, field visits and FPQ checks.
  • Ensuring that each team member is aware of the team, their individual targets and is committed to playing a full part in achieving them.

Technical Expertise & Service Delivery:

  • Identifying opportunities for multi skilling and cross project working on the patch to help deliver the most efficient and effective field structure across MJ Quinn.
  • Seeking every opportunity to reduce cost and maximise bottom line revenue growth.
  • Ensuring safety and quality checks are carried out in accordance with MJ Quinn policy.

Experience:

  • Managerial experience in a similar role (Telecommunications industry essential)
  • FTTP background
  • Hold a full UK driving license (no more than 6 points)
  • Computer literate
