Here at MJ Quinn, we currently have an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Coordinator (Traffic Management), to join the business. The position will be based in our Head Office in Knowsley, Liverpool.

About the role: As a Commercial Coordinator (Traffic Management), you will report directly to the commercial manager (Traffic management). You will be responsible for the invoicing/monitoring and all commercial aspects for Traffic Management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing, inputting, and validating records using various IT systems.
- Maintaining the works diary to ensure Customer/Field staff billing is completed in a timely manner.
- Supporting the Commercial Manager in all financial and commercial aspects of the project.
- Supporting and monitoring customer billing and subcontractor payments.
- Liaising with councils and subcontractors where necessary.
- Ensuring targets and objectives set are monitored and maintained and suitably underpin financial targets.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
Requirements:
- Experience in an Administrator role (required).
- Good knowledge of Excel.
- Strong planning and organisational skills.
- A legal Right to Work in the UK.
- Pass a DBS check.
