Here at MJ Quinn, we currently have an exciting new opportunity for a Noticing Administrator to join the business. This position will be based at our head office in Knowsley, Liverpool.

About the role

The Noticing Administrator will report to the Noticing Manager. You will be responsible for ensuring that all works are registered and our teams meet the noticing requirements.

Your role will include:

  • Providing administrative support to the Noticing Team
  • Ensuring start/stops are issued correctly
  • Maintaining a weekly log of office and field staff (update if job finishes earlier/extended)
  • Checking jobs on the systems used.

Experience

Good level of IT skills and MS packages. Experience in a similar role.
