We are now looking for a Recruiter to join our Recruitment Team, supporting the endâtoâend engagement of subâcontractor and contingent labour across multiple workstreams. The Role
As a Recruiter, you will play a key operational role in ensuring subâcontractors are engaged efficiently, compliantly, and in line with business requirements. You will work closely with hiring managers, agencies, payroll partners, and internal teams to coordinate resourcing activity, manage candidate communications, and maintain accurate recruitment and compliance records. This is a handsâon role that combines sourcing, coordination, administration, and stakeholder management â ideal for someone who enjoys variety and thrives on organisation.
What You Will Be Doing
- Proactively source and engage subâcontractors through approved channels including job boards, agencies, social platforms, networking, and referrals.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines to support current and future project and operational requirements.
- Coordinate the full recruitment lifecycle for subâcontractor engagement â from advertising and sourcing through to interview scheduling and offer documentation.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand assignment requirements, skills, availability, and timelines.
- Review CVs and conduct initial screening conversations to assess skills, experience, availability, and suitability for assignmentâbased work.
- Act as a key point of contact for candidates and partners, ensuring clear, professional, and timely communication.
- Maintain accurate recruitment and compliance records, ensuring documentation is completed in line with company policies and applicable legislation.
- Support appropriate engagement frameworks, ensuring a clear distinction between subâcontractor and PAYE recruitment processes.
- Collaborate with Training and Operations teams to align resourcing activity with business needs.
- Support recruitment marketing activity, contractor engagement initiatives, and attendance at relevant industry or networking events.

- Experience sourcing and engaging subâcontractors or contingent labour.
- Confidence conducting screening interviews and assessing skills and assignment suitability.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with candidates, agencies, and partners.
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple live requirements and changing priorities.
- Excellent attention to detail when handling recruitment data and compliance documentation.
- Previous experience in a recruitment or resourcing coordination role.
- Experience supporting both highâvolume and specialist/niche recruitment.
