We are excited to announce we are actively seeking an FTTP Area Manager in the Service Delivery department. The position will be field based covering the Central and East London areas.
Salary: £37,000
Working Hours: 37.5 hr per week between 8:00am–20:00pm (Monday–Friday)
Company Vehicle: Provided (van)

Your role will include:
- Managing the team within budget constraints and seeking every opportunity to reduce cost and maximise bottom line revenue growth.
- Ensuring all team members are skilled, kitted and accredited to the standards expected by the client.
- Managing the performance and the continuous improvement of team members through development, recognition, effective communications, field visits and FPQ checks.
- Ensuring that each team member is aware of the team, their individual targets and is committed to playing a full part in achieving them.
Technical Expertise & Service Delivery:
- Identifying opportunities for multi skilling and cross project working on the patch to help deliver the most efficient and effective field structure across MJ Quinn.
- Seeking every opportunity to reduce cost and maximise bottom line revenue growth.
- Ensuring safety and quality checks are carried out in accordance with MJ Quinn policy.
Experience:
- Managerial experience in a similar role (Telecommunications industry essential)
- FTTP background
- Hold a full UK driving license (no more than 6 points)
- Computer literate
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients
- Willing to undertake relevant training and development
Desirables:
- Managerial/supervisor experience
- Knowledge of the BT network
- Understanding of the Fibre network
- Full UK driver’s license
