MJ Quinn is seeking a Poling Support Coach to provide hands-on coaching and technical support to poling engineers and operatives in the field, ensuring safety, quality, and best practices.
You will deliver infield coaching, complete competency sign-offs for recruits, ensure compliance with Red Book standards, and identify development needs while promoting efficiency and cost-conscious practices.
Hours are 8:00–16:30, with a salary of £32,000–£35,000 per year, plus benefits such as healthcare.
