MJ Health Workforce Hiring is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a well-established and highly respected Fire & Security specialist for an experienced Project Manager to join their growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity to work for a business with an outstanding reputation for delivering high-quality Fire & Security solutions across commercial environments.

Offering a predominantly remote working arrangement, you'll oversee projects throughout the Oxford, Reading and surrounding areas while working alongside an experienced and supportive management team.

The Role

As Project Manager, you will take ownership of multiple Fire & Security installation projects from initial handover through to successful completion.

Key responsibilities include

  • Managing multiple Fire & Security projects simultaneously.
  • Coordinating engineers, subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest standards.
  • Liaising with clients, internal teams and stakeholders throughout each project.
  • Managing project documentation, programmes and reporting.
  • Monitoring health & safety compliance across all projects.
  • Attending site meetings when required.
  • Identifying and resolving project risks and challenges proactively.

Requirements

We're keen to speak with candidates who have

  • Previous experience as a Project Manager within the Fire & Security industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Fire Alarm, CCTV, Access Control and Intruder systems.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders.
  • A full UK driving licence.
  • The ability to work independently while maintaining excellent client relationships.
