We have an exciting new vacancy for an experienced Home Manager to lead a well-established specialist nursing service. We are looking for a locally based candidate with a strong track record in care home leadership, ideally someone who has demonstrated stability in previous roles and brings a high level of experience. Set within a peaceful and well-established environment, this service supports young adults aged 18–64 living with complex physical and neurological conditions. Rated “Good” by the CQC, the service specialises in supporting individuals with conditions such as:
- Acquired brain injuries
- Huntington’s disease
- Multiple sclerosis
- Spinal cord injuries
The focus is on bridging rehabilitation with long-term independence, supported by a highly trained and dedicated multidisciplinary team.
The Role
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Nurse Qualified Home Manager to lead the service, ensuring the highest standards of clinical care, governance, and person-centred support. This is a unique opportunity to lead a specialist neurological service that empowers residents to achieve greater independence and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strong, visible leadership to clinical and care teams

- A stable career history with strong leadership credibility
- Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills
