An exciting opportunity has become available for a Nurse Qualified Deputy Manager to join a well-established, mid-sized care home in Nottingham. The Role:

As Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in both the clinical leadership and day-to-day management of the service. You will:

  • Support the Home Manager in the overall running of the home
  • Provide strong clinical oversight and leadership to the nursing team
  • Ensure compliance with CQC standards and regulatory requirements
  • Lead, mentor, and develop staff to maintain high standards of care
  • Oversee care planning and delivery of person-centred care
  • Contribute to audits, governance, and continuous improvement
  • Take charge of the service in the absence of the Home Manager

What We’re Looking For:

  • NMC Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN)
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Deputy Manager
  • Strong clinical knowledge and leadership capability
  • Previous experience within a nursing home environment (preferred)
  • A proactive, supportive leadership style with a passion for quality care
