Clinical / Supernumerary responsibilities split

Support the manager in the implementation of all policies, procedures and business objectives

Act as a focal point for contact with residents, their relatives and visitors, as well as health and social care professionals.

Assume responsibility for managing the home during the manager\’s absences, marketing the Home to existing and potential residents and relatives
Clinical Lead Nurse Experience Required

Must have an NMC PIN with a degree in Nursing (Adult, Learning Disability or Mental Health trained)

Must have demonstrable experience in a similar role as a Deputy Manager/Clinical Lead

Demonstrable experience in leading large teams of Nurses and carers in a Care home.
