We are seeking an experienced Site Agent to join our project team at Devonport, Plymouth, a technically complex, high-value scheme in a secure and regulated environment. Reporting to the Project Manager, you will take responsibility for delivering key elements of the project, with a focus on managing temporary works and supporting structural construction activities.
As Site Agent, you will:
- Liaise closely with the Main Contractor’s TW Engineers and design reviewers to ensure compliance.
- Oversee proprietary TW systems for drainage, excavation, and obstruction removal.
You bring strong civil engineering experience from Tier 1 or major infrastructure projects. You understand temporary works coordination and contract processes, and work collaboratively to deliver safely and efficiently.
Qualifications:
- HNC/HND or Degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent).
- SMSTS, CSCS (Gold or Black), First Aid.
- Experience managing multi-disciplinary civil engineering works.
- Strong knowledge of NEC4, with experience issuing EWNs, NCEs, and contract notifications.
