About the role
You will contribute to the development and achievement of the production and Warehouse strategies for Mizuno, maintaining quality and continuity of production & general administration processes. Be a key point of contact for suppliers to arrange orders and deliveries.
Key tasks and responsibilities include:
- Raise and send all raw material po’s to the suppliers.
- Liaise with freight forwarders to book in all deliveries.
- Update raw material delivery dates in the system when confirmed by supplier or freight forwarder.
- Work with discrepancies reported by the warehouse on goods arrivals.
- Ensure all raw material purchase prices are maintained and updated in JDE.
- Set up all new raw material item codes and purchase costs in JDE.
- Set up all new standard club items codes, bill of materials and apply the routes in JDE.
- Communicate with Accounts dept for any raw material / club cost roll up requirements.
- Create purchase plan for STD orders.
- Carry out a weekly low stock check for all components excluding heads.
- Raise and issue all orders on the system to the production department (excluding Custom).
- Administer all stock adjustments.
- Maintain the Production Admin email inbox and the supply chain inbox.
- Work with customer service department to investigate any logistics incident reports.
- Update process procedures as and when required for any changes.
- Adhere to company policy and procedures to maintain health and safety.
In addition to these duties and responsibilities, the jobholder may be required to carry out other tasks assigned by their manager. Please note that this role is office based at our Cumbernauld site.

Your Skills and Experience
The ideal candidate will have/be:
- Good Excel skills (essential)
- Experience with Windows, Lotus Notes and Outlook.
- Team-player who can also work independently.
- Excellent organisational skills with an ability to pay particular attention to detail.
- JD Edwards experience (Not essential)
