As our first point of contact for customers, the Golf Customer Service Advisor plays a key role in the Mizuno Team. Providing first class customer service experience, as well as communicating clearly on needs and expectations to the wider team including the Assistant Customer Service Manager, Credit Control team, Production and Warehousing teams and our Sales team.
Key tasks and responsibilities include:
- Process Non Docusign custom-fit orders, head-only orders and parts sale orders.
- Update customers on any lead-time changes that occur from parts being delayed.
- Effectively handle any custom-fit order enquiries to ensure product specification is correct for the customer.
- Efficiently and accurately manage calls and emails from internal and external customers relating to custom fit / head only orders.
- Ensure incident reports relating to custom fit / head only orders are raised promptly to relevant warehouse detailing all discrepancies.
- Communicate with our retailers through email and calls to arrange repair clubs to be returned.
- Raise OMβs and complete the repair template for the goods being returned.
- Create a returns label on the UPS / DHL website and send this to the retailer.
- Raise consumable purchase orders.
- Scan any consumable delivery paperwork on to the system on a daily basis.
- Work closely with relevant departments to ensure highest level of service is provided to customers.
- Participate in training and other learning to expand knowledge of the custom order assembly process.
- Update process procedures as and when required for any changes.
Please note that this role will be office based at our Cumbernauld site.

Your Skills and Experience:
- Excellent organisational skills with an ability to pay particular attention to detail
- Experience of inputting volume data and information with attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Customer service experience
- Positive attitude and engaging personality
- Familiarity with Excel, Word etc.
- Golf product knowledge desirable but not essential
