Mizuho in London seeks a commercially minded and technically strong lawyer to join the Derivatives and Structured Finance Legal team as a Vice President. You will provide legal support to Mizuhoβs derivatives business across EMEA, negotiating ISDA documentation and advising on OTC derivatives transactions.
