Mizuho is seeking a qualified solicitor to help manage UK/EMEA data privacy and commercial contracts across the London-based team.
The role involves advising on GDPR, drafting DPAs, and supporting procurement and outsourcing projects with external counsel where needed.
You will lead two lawyers, coordinate cross-border data transfers, DPIAs and LIAs, and stay ahead of regulatory changes in privacy across UK, EU and beyond.
