Mizuho is seeking a commercially minded banking lawyer in London to provide English-law advice for Japanese corporate clients across the EMEA region.
The role covers bilateral and syndicated loans, guarantees and bespoke lending structures, working with front office and risk teams.
You will also support Trade Finance, intra-group risk transfer schemes and liaise with Tokyo Head Office.
A strong client service orientation and 3–4 years PQE in banking is essential.
