Mizuho seeks an experienced solicitor in London with technology and commercial law expertise to support our Corporate and Technology Legal team. You will draft, review, and negotiate third-party vendor agreements, including outsourcing, cloud/SaaS, and data processing, while advising on regulatory requirements across the UK and EU.
The ideal candidate has 5–6 PQE, strong UK/EU regulatory knowledge, and experience with data privacy, cybersecurity, and AI.
