We advise developers, utilities, infrastructure funds and investors on M&A, capital raising and strategic transactions across Europe. We are seeking a motivated Analyst to support transaction execution and business development activities through financial modelling, valuation analysis, market research and the preparation of client presentations and marketing materials.Duties and ResponsibilitiesPerforming in-depth company/sector analysis and financial modelling for both pitches and live mandates, as well as translating financial analysis into concise client recommendationsDrafting deal marketing documents as well as internal investment presentations and other client documentation where requiredAssisting in the co-ordination of due diligence activities.
