Mizuho EMEA is seeking an experienced Legal Counsel to join the Derivatives and Structured Finance Legal team in London as Director. The role provides strategic legal support across Europe, the Middle East and Africa for banking and structured financing transactions, liaising with front office, structuring, credit and risk teams.
You will oversee cross-border securitisation, funds financing and bespoke transactions, manage external counsel, and develop templates and playbooks while mentoring.
