Duties and Responsibilities

  • Support the full origination and structuring cycle of CLO transactions and other related structures and opportunities, from deal presentation and onboarding, analytics, pricing, to closing.
  • Structuring, rating and execution processes of CLO and other related structures, including new issues/reset/refinance and other portfolio lending opportunities (setting up warehousing and lending facilities, performing portfolio analysis, capital structure optimization, cash flow modelling, etc.).
  • Drive the internal approval processes and applications necessary for smooth execution of transactions interacting with internal functions, credit risk, legal, operations, compliance, etc.
  • Lead the review and negotiation of CLO documentation, warehouse/lending facilities, term sheets, offering documents, etc.
  • Preparation of presentations and marketing materials for potential investors as well as internal presentations on market review and updates and new opportunities/strategy.
  • Collaborate with sales, trading and syndication exploring synergies and market colour and assist on necessary analytics for investors and clients.
  • Oversee the broad CLO universe to identify opportunities, keeping up to date of market standards and developments and producing insightful market updates.
  • Produce new ideas/recommendations aimed to generate efficiencies in leverage and other improvements on client’s transactions.
  • Monitor and interact with trustees and third parties verifying data and assuring transaction maintenance.
  • Perform all necessary activities and tasks required related to a smooth set up and execution of transactions, liaising with all necessary stakeholders in the organisation.

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills.
  • Collaborative nature to contribute to a successful team performance.
  • High level of computer literacy and skills in data manipulation/presentation.
  • Market experience in CLO Structuring with history in supporting the full origination and structuring cycle of CLOs.
  • Structuring and cash flow modelling.
  • Fluent in the necessary interaction with all internal and external stakeholders.
