Salary £58,282.14 (inclusive of shift allowance)

Full Time – Mon-Fri, 3 Shift Rotating Pattern:

  • Week 1 - 6am – 2pm Mon-Thurs, 6am – 1pm on Friday
  • Week 2 - 1.45pm – 10pm Mon-Thurs, 12.45pm – 6.45pm on Friday
  • Week 3 – 9.45pm – 6.15am Mon-Thurs, 6.45pm – 11.45pm on Friday

The Role:

Reporting into the Brewery Engineering Lead, you will be a key member of the engineering team supporting our Brewery operations in driving engineering and operational excellence. Day to day activities will include carrying out PPMs, reacting to breakdowns, identifying and driving CI opportunities to improve productivity.

What We’re Looking For – Experience and Qualifications:

  • HNC Electrical Engineering desirable
  • BTEC/Diploma/Level 3 Electrical engineering minimum required
  • BS7671 18th Edition Wiring regulations
  • C&G 2391 Inspection & Testing desirable
  • PLC fault finding desirable
  • Safe operation of steam systems
  • Rotating equipment experience – pumps, motors, gearboxes
  • Calm and approachable under pressure
  • Strong understanding in electrical engineering principles
  • Ability to analyse problems, identify solutions and implement them effectively
