Digital Marketing Manager (12-Month FTC) Chiswick, London (Hybrid) Fixed-term (Maternity Cover) About the Role This is not your typical marketing role. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment, someone who can take a strategy and turn it into something real. You'll sit at the centre of our brand, social and sales teams, translating ideas into delivery plans and making things happen across multiple projects. No two days are the same, and that’s exactly how you like to work. This role is ideal for someone with an agency background or experience managing multiple brands, someone who’s used to juggling priorities and switching gears quickly. What You’ll Be Doing Act as the bridge between brand teams and execution teams (social, content, external partners Take brand strategy and translate it into clear, actionable delivery plans Lead key projects including: Website relaunches Brand campaigns Seasonal activity (including peak Christmas delivery Manage multiple workstreams across different brands simultaneously Build strong relationships with stakeholders across Brand, Sales and wider functions Own the end-to-end delivery of campaigns and projects Lead and develop a team of 3-4 direct reports Support longer-term planning, including FY27 brand planning What We’re Looking For Experience: Background in an agency OR multi-brand marketing environment Experience managing multiple projects or clients simultaneously Strong project management experience (owning delivery, not just supporting Experience working with cross-functional teams (brand, sales, digital, etc.) Previous people management experience is highly desirable Skills & Mindset Highly adaptable, comfortable in a role where no two days look the same Confident communicator, able to influence and challenge stakeholders Organised and delivery-focused, able to juggle competing priorities Strong commercial awareness and understanding of marketing delivery A proactive, hands-on approach, someone who gets things done What Success Look like: Successfully delivers key projects including campaign activity and website relaunches Builds strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business Brings structure and clarity to the delivery of brand plans Play a key role in planning for the next financial year Why Join Us?
