We're now looking for an ambitious and experienced HR & Talent Advisor to join our HR team in Chiswick. About the Role This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys variety and wants to play a key role across both HR and recruitment. With a genuine 50/50 split between HR Generalist and Talent Acquisition responsibilities, you'll provide practical support to managers, deliver an outstanding candidate experience, and contribute to developing a highly engaged workforce across our UK and Amsterdam teams. You'll work closely with stakeholders across the business, supporting the full employee lifecycle from recruitment and onboarding through to development, engagement and organisational growth initiatives. What You'll Be Doing HR Generalist Support Provide trusted first-line HR advice and guidance to managers. Support employee relations activities including absence management, return-to-work meetings and low-level conduct matters. Assist in the delivery of performance management, development planning and engagement initiatives. Support the review, development and implementation of HR policies and processes. Contribute to organisational development programmes, learning initiatives and culture-building activities. Produce HR insights and reporting to help inform business decisions. Build strong relationships with colleagues across UK sites and Amsterdam. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Manage end-to-end recruitment activity from vacancy approval through to onboarding. Create engaging job adverts and update job descriptions. Coordinate recruitment campaigns across multiple channels including LinkedIn and careers platforms. Screen applications, shortlist candidates and arrange interviews. Conduct candidate screening calls and provide recommendations to hiring managers. Partner with managers to improve hiring capability and interview effectiveness. Manage agency relationships where required. Ensure recruitment processes are compliant and accurately maintained within HR systems. Talent Development Coordinate learning and development activities across the business. Support probation reviews and development planning. Assist with succession planning and talent review processes. Help deliver mentoring, job-shadowing and internal development programmes. Monitor and report on training participation, completion and effectiveness. Support continuous improvement of talent and development initiatives. About You We're looking for a proactive HR professional who enjoys building relationships, solving problems and helping people succeed. You'll ideally have: Experience in a generalist HR role across the employee lifecycle. Experience in end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition. Exposure to employee relations activities, particularly absence management and wellbeing support. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. A good understanding of UK employment law and HR best practice. Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Experience using HR systems such as Dayforce or similar platforms. CIPD Level 3 or Level 5 qualification (or currently working towards one). Experience of supporting talent development, succession planning or learning programmes would be highly desirable. Knowledge of Dutch employment practices would be advantageous but is not essential.
