Production Operative – Join the Team at Mizkan, Middleton!
Salary: £32,756.26 (inclusive of 20% shift allowance)
Location: Middleton, M24 2ED
We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic Production Operative to join our team in Middleton. Mizkan is a global food company, producing well-known brands including Sarson’s, Hayward, Branston, and OSU.
In this role, you will help achieve site KPIs, uphold Health and Safety standards, and drive quality. You\’ll contribute to productivity, cost management, and delivery goals. Your New Role:
- Health, Safety & Environment: Ensure safety compliance, report hazards, and follow 5S principles.
- Quality: Adhere to quality procedures, support KPIs, and maintain a clean workspace.
- Productivity: Meet targets, complete production data, and drive continuous improvement.
- Cost: Reduce waste, improve processes, and minimize rework costs.
- Delivery & Engagement: Support production plans, communicate effectively, and promote personal and team development.
