Overview

Digital Marketing Manager (12-Month FTC). Chiswick, London (Hybrid). Fixed-term (Maternity Cover).

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Act as the bridge between brand teams and execution teams (social, content, external partners).
  • Take brand strategy and translate it into clear, actionable delivery plans.
  • Lead key projects including: Website relaunches; Brand campaigns; Seasonal activity (including peak Christmas delivery).
  • Manage multiple workstreams across different brands simultaneously.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across Brand, Sales and wider functions.
  • Own the end-to-end delivery of campaigns and projects.
  • Lead and develop a team of 3-4 direct reports.
  • Support longer-term planning, including FY27 brand planning.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: Background in an agency OR multi-brand marketing environment. Experience managing multiple projects or clients simultaneously. Strong project management experience (owning delivery, not just supporting). Experience working with cross-functional teams (brand, sales, digital, etc.). Previous people management experience is highly desirable.
