As a key player in our Engineering team, you’ll:
- Coordinate daily engineering activities and lead your shift team to deliver maintenance excellence.
- Tackle mechanical and electrical issues head-on, keeping our lines running at their best.
- Monitor equipment performance, analyse data, and carry out diagnostics to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Lead daily performance and shift review meetings.
- Work cross-functionally to support production goals and continuous improvement activities.
- Deputise for the Manufacturing Engineering Manager and support wider site initiatives as needed.
