The RoleAs a Technical Sales Administrator, you will provide front-line technical and commercial support to customers and internal engineers. Your responsibilities will include:
- Handling customer enquiries via telephone and email
- Identifying parts using technical drawings, exploded diagrams, and parts catalogues
- Preparing and issuing accurate quotations
- Processing customer and web shop orders
- Liaising with suppliers to obtain pricing, availability, and lead times
- Following up quotations to convert them into orders
- Maintaining accurate records using internal systems and Excel
- Supporting the web shop with product listings and pricing updates
- Assisting with stock management and annual stock takes
This is a varied and fast-paced role where your attention to detail and customer focus will make a real impact.
What We're Looking ForTo be successful as a Technical Sales Administrator, you will ideally have:
- Experience in a customer-facing technical sales, parts, or support role
- Strong mechanical or technical aptitude
