Our client is seeking a BD Senior Design Engineer - Technical to join their technical team. This role will focus on delivering high-quality design solutions, supporting business development, and building strong relationships with customers across the construction sector. You will play a key role in advising clients on product applications, securing project specifications, and ensuring solutions are fit for purpose. This position also involves team leadership, stakeholder engagement, and driving continuous improvement across design and manufacturing functions.

- Proven experience in a design engineering role within construction or a related industry
- Strong knowledge of hydraulics, materials and product applications
- Experience using AutoCAD, SolidWorks and Microsoft Office
- Understanding of manufacturing processes such as fabrication and welding

Key Responsibilities for a BD Senior Design Engineer:
- Deliver technical design solutions for projects, including layouts, specifications and proposals
