Temporary Administrator £13.00 per hour | 9am–5pm | Approximately one month Interviews taking place next week We're looking for a reliable, hands-on Administrator to support our client during a busy period. If you're organised, quick to pick up new processes and comfortable keeping on top of a busy inbox, we'd love to hear from you. You'll join a friendly, hardworking team, helping with order processing, customer queries and day-to-day administration. Training will be provided, with colleagues on hand to help you settle in. What you'll be doing: Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently. Monitoring a busy inbox and responding to enquiries. Updating records and completing data entry. Checking information and following up on anything missing. Supporting colleagues with general administrative tasks. Prioritising your workload as new orders and queries come in. What we're looking for: A reliable approach and good attention to detail. Confidence working at pace and managing several tasks. Good computer skills and a willingness to learn new systems. A proactive attitude and the confidence to ask for help when needed. A friendly team player who gets stuck in. This is a temporary assignment lasting approximately one month.
