I am currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a forward-thinking organisation for a proactive and commercially minded People Advisor. This is a fantastic opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys a mix of operational “hands-on” support and strategic project work. You will play a pivotal role in the entire employee lifecycle, ensuring the business remains compliant while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities for a People Advisor:
- Provide end-to-end advice and support on disciplinary, grievance, appeal, and redundancy procedures.
- Manage the long-term sickness process, including Occupational Health referrals and advising managers on medical reports.
- Identify opportunities to “process map” and improve HR procedures to enhance efficiency across the business.
- Lead and support key HR projects, specifically the implementation and enhancement of HRIS and reward/benefit platforms.
- Support the business through change initiatives (restructures/mergers) and drive initiatives to boost employee morale and engagement.
