We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established manufacturing company for a Production Supervisor to lead a team of operators and technicians, ensuring the delivery of safe, efficient, and high-quality production. This role offers a balance of people management, process control, and continuous improvement, playing a key part in maintaining smooth day-to-day operations and driving consistent performance across the production function.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations to meet output and performance targets
- Allocate labour and resources to maintain smooth workflow
- Lead, coach, and manage team performance and attendance
- Ensure health & safety compliance and correct equipment use
- Resolve operational issues quickly to minimise downtime
- Monitor KPIs (output, downtime, efficiency) and drive improvements
- Maintain quality standards and complete shift reporting
