Our client is seeking an experienced HR Advisor with a strong generalist background and proven experience managing employee relations cases. Our client is leading in their industry within the manufacturing sector.
Key Responsibilities for a HR Advisor:
- Act as the first point of contact for managers and employees seeking HR advice.
- Provide guidance on HR policies, processes, and employee queries.
- Act as a senior point of escalation where required.
- Lead and coordinate all ER cases, including disciplinary, grievance, performance, capability and conduct issues.
- Conduct and oversee investigations, including interviews, note-taking, and preparing reports.
- Deliver HR, ER, and policy-related training sessions for managers and wider teams.
- Support monthly payroll processes.
- Act as a Mental Health First Aider, signposting and supporting employee wellbeing in line with company practices and boundaries.
Key Skills for a HR Advisor:
- Level 5 CIDP.
- Strong ER case management experience.
- Ability to coach managers effectively on HR processes and procedures.
- Experience delivering training or workshops.
