This is a delivery-focused recruitment role centred around what great recruitment is all about: putting the right people in front of the right clients, every time. As a Talent Specialist, you'll work in a 180 capacity, partnering with our established client base to deliver exceptional candidates against live briefs, build trusted relationships and grow the MIXXOS share of business across your accounts. This role isn't about winning new business from scratch. It's about developing existing relationships, understanding your clients' businesses, their culture and hiring needs, and becoming the recruitment partner they can't imagine working without. You'll be client-facing, commercially minded and relentlessly focused on quality delivery. Key Responsibilities- Manage the full candidate journey from sourcing and screening through to offer and onboarding.
- Source high-quality candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals and our internal database.
- Screen, interview and assess candidates to ensure an excellent match with client requirements.
- Present candidates professionally, adding real value to the client's decision-making process.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future vacancies.
- Deliver an outstanding candidate experience through regular communication, interview preparation, feedback and ongoing support.
- Take detailed recruitment briefs from existing clients, providing advice on market conditions and candidate availability.
- Conduct regular service reviews and client meetings to strengthen relationships.
- Visit clients on-site to gain a deeper understanding of their culture, business and recruitment needs.
- Become a trusted recruitment partner by providing honest advice, market insight and proactive communication.
- Identify opportunities to increase MIXXOS' share of business across existing accounts.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge and deliver a seamless client experience.
- Maintain accurate candidate and client records using our CRM.
- Ensure all recruitment activity complies with legislation and company processes.
- Manage compliance documentation, including Right to Work and temporary worker onboarding where applicable.
We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys building relationships and takes pride in delivering an exceptional recruitment experience. You'll ideally have previous experience within recruitment, resourcing or a candidate-facing role.
