Monday-Thursday 8:30am-4:30pm, Friday 8:30am-4pm

We have an exciting opportunity for a Supply Chain Administrator to join one of our clients, a leading fitness equipment provider based in Milton Keynes, who are on a massive growth trajectory.

As a Supply Chain Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for incoming telephone and email enquiries. You will also process orders, liaise with other departments, monitor inventory levels and coordinate the logistics of stock movement and installation.

The successful candidate will have excellent attention to detail and be able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities for a Supply Chain Administrator:

  • Answering inbound calls and dealing with email enquiries
  • Dealing with everything from order processing through to organising the delivery
  • Liaising with internal departments, processing sales orders, reviewing and allocating stock
  • Coordinating deliveries, installations and the logistics of stock movement
  • Raising purchase orders, invoicing and monitoring stock levels
  • Continuously updating customers and sales managers with the order status
  • Updating documents and tracking systems
