Looking for a HR role where you can combine people operations, systems and process improvement in a varied international environment? We are working with a growing global organisation and a leader within the electronics industry who are looking to add a HR Coordinator to their EMEA team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys improving processes, working with HR systems and supporting employees across the full employee lifecycle.

This is a hands-on and highly varied HR role, supporting operations across multiple European regions. You will play a key part in onboarding, payroll coordination, HR systems management, recruitment support, reporting and continuous improvement initiatives. You will work closely with HR leadership and international stakeholders to help ensure HR processes are efficient, compliant and employee-focused whilst identifying opportunities to improve systems.

Key Responsibilities for a HR Coordinator:
  • Act as a first point of contact for HR administration queries across the EMEA region
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes across multiple countries
  • Prepare employment documentation, contracts and employee communications
  • Coordinate payroll changes, benefits administration and HR data updates
  • Maintain and improve HRIS systems and employee records
  • Produce HR reports and analyse workforce data and trends
  • Support recruitment coordination, including interviews and candidate communication
  • Assist with employee relations processes and HR project work
  • Identify and implement improvements across HR processes and systems
  • Support training coordination and wider People initiatives
Essential Skills for a HR Coordinator:
  • Previous experience within HR operations or HR Administration
  • Strong experience working with HR systems (HRIS exposure is essential)
  • Excellent Excel and data analysis skills
  • Good understanding of payroll coordination
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • High attention to detail and a proactive mindset
  • Good understanding of UK employment law and GDPR
