We are currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity with one of our clients in Milton Keynes, a growing, commercially driven organisation. They are looking for a HR Business Partner to join their team who will play a key role within their HR function. Reporting into senior HR leadership, this position is a mostly operational role, supporting a defined business area through periods of change and growth. You will play a critical role in shaping the people agenda, driving engagement, and partnering with leaders to improve performance and employee experience.

Key responsibilities for a HR Business Partner:
- Partner with senior leaders and managers to deliver effective people solutions aligned to business objectives
- Support organisational change initiatives, including transformation and continuous improvement programmes
- Develop and deliver a clear people plan aligned with the wider HR strategy
- Use HR data and insights to identify trends, improve performance and reduce absence and attrition
- Drive employee engagement initiatives across the full employee lifecycle
- Support workforce planning and succession planning activities
- Provide coaching and guidance to managers on employee relations and people matters
- Ensure HR policies and processes remain compliant, effective and fit for purpose
- Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, systems and ways of working
- Contribute to enhancing overall employee experience across the organisation
Key requirements for a HR Business Partner:
- CIPD level 5 qualification is required
- Experience within a similar role
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law
- Experience supporting organisational change and HR transformation initiatives
- Ability to analyse HR data and translate insights into actionable outcomes
