We’re seeking an experienced QSHE Advisor to take ownership of developing, implementing, and continuously improving Quality, Safety, Health, and Environmental management systems across the business. This is a key role ensuring full compliance with legal, regulatory, and customer requirements while driving a strong culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Working closely with management teams across multiple sites, you’ll play a hands-on role supporting operations between locations in Rugby and Luton, helping to embed best practice and maintain high standards across all areas of the business.

  • Lead, maintain, and continuously improve Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental management systems in line with ISO standards (ISO 9001 & ISO 14001).
  • Ensure full compliance with UK Health & Safety and environmental legislation, including COSHH, PUWER, permits, and reporting requirements.
  • Lead incident, accident, and non-conformance investigations, ensuring effective root cause analysis and preventative actions.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor QSHE policies, risk assessments, and safe systems of work across the business.
  • Promote a strong QSHE culture through training, engagement, and support to operational and leadership teams.

Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and UK Health & Safety legislation is essential. Proven experience in QSHE management, including audits, risk assessments, and compliance frameworks is required. NEBOSH General Certificate (or equivalent) is essential, with a minimum of 3 years relevant H&S experience. Experience managing audits, risk assessments, and wider compliance frameworks is also necessary.
