The Opportunity
Mixxos are supporting a leading operational business in the search for a Distribution Manager to join their warehouse leadership team. This is a hands-on leadership position where you'll be responsible for driving performance, coaching colleagues and ensuring operational targets are consistently achieved within a fast-paced distribution environment. You'll lead from the front, working closely with your team to maintain service levels, improve productivity and create a culture focused on safety, accountability and continuous improvement.

- Operational Leadership
- Lead daily warehouse and distribution activities.

About You
Essential
- Experience within a warehouse, logistics or distribution environment.
- Previous team leadership, management or team leader experience.
- Strong understanding of receiving, picking, packing and dispatch operations.
- Excellent communication and people management skills.
- Ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
Desirable
- Forklift licences (Counterbalance and/or VNA).
- Experience working within high-volume distribution operations.
- Knowledge of warehouse performance metrics and KPIs.
- Continuous improvement or lean operational experience.
