As a Technical Sales Administrator, you will provide front-line technical and commercial support to customers and internal engineers.
- Handling customer enquiries via telephone and email
- Processing customer and web shop orders
- Maintaining accurate records using internal systems and Excel
- Supporting the web shop with product listings and pricing updates
- Assisting with stock management and annual stock takes
Experience in a customer-facing technical sales, parts, or support role is required.
- Strong mechanical or technical aptitude
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and parts manuals
- Excellent communication skills by phone and email
- Good Excel and IT skills
- Experience within engineering, manufacturing, compressed air, automotive, or industrial parts would be highly advantageous.
