We’re recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Account Manager to take ownership of key client relationships and deliver high-quality marketing campaigns. You’ll manage projects end to end, from brief through to execution, reporting, and evaluation, working closely with the Account Director and internal teams to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on budget, and to a high standard. You’ll also support the growth of client accounts while building strong relationships with clients and suppliers. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and takes ownership of delivering results.
Key Responsibilities for an Account Manager:
- Managing a portfolio of client accounts and acting as the main point of contact
- Building strong client relationships and understanding their needs
- Leading projects from brief to delivery, working closely with internal teams
- Developing and implementing marketing strategies alongside senior stakeholders
- Managing budgets, campaign costs, and financial tracking
- Handling client feedback, challenges, and ensuring successful campaign delivery
- Proactively overseeing all projects, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met
- Supporting new business opportunities and contributing to pitches
