An ideal candidate is an ambitious and purposeful account director with immaculate attention to detail and a process-driven approach to client service. The key responsibility will be to nurture the agency's largest account alongside the rest of the team.
Key responsibilities:- To lead the day-to-day relationship between the agency and your allocated client, including senior client stakeholder management and relationship development.
- Responsible for the relationship management and revenue generation of every client within your remit, ensuring first-rate client service is delivered.
- To drive strategic leadership across your client and projects.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with multiple senior client stakeholders.
- Find new and relevant ways to add value to stakeholders and provide greater commercial opportunities.
- Oversee all strategic planning activities associated with assigned accounts.
- Work with key external partners to maximise opportunities, drive performance, deliver against KPIs.
- Act as a positive role model throughout the entire company.
- Previous marketing agency experience.
