We are currently recruiting for a Finance Analyst to join one of our clients, a leading brand in the fitness industry based in Milton Keynes, who are on a massive growth trajectory. They are looking for someone to join the business and support with clear reporting, analysis and insight to help drive commercial decision-making. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working with data, understanding performance drivers and turning numbers into practical insight.
Key benefits of a Finance Analyst:
- 25 days annual leave + bank holidays (increasing to 28 days after 3 years’ service)

Key responsibilities for a Finance Analyst:
- Produce weekly and monthly management reports and KPI dashboards
- Deliver variance analysis vs budget, forecast and prior periods
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes
- Provide margin, cost and performance analysis by product, channel or department
- Build and maintain Excel-based reporting and analysis models
- Support ad-hoc analysis to help stakeholders make informed decisions
Key requirements for a Finance Analyst:
- Experience in a Finance Analyst, Commercial Analyst or similar role
- Strong Excel skills (comfortable with pivot tables, lookups and data analysis)
- Analytical mindset with good attention to detail
- Confident communicator able to explain numbers clearly
- Organised, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
