Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and creating memorable moments for every guest? We’re working with a prestigious hospitality business looking for a Guest Relations Executive to become the face of the hotel, ensuring every guest receives a warm, personalised welcome and an outstanding experience from arrival through to departure.

You will play a pivotal role in creating exceptional guest experiences whilst working closely with departments across the hotel. From welcoming VIP guests to resolving queries and promoting the hotel’s facilities, you’ll ensure every stay is memorable. Alongside this, you will proactively identify opportunities to maximise revenue through room upgrades, dining experiences, spa packages and future direct bookings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver a warm, professional, and personalised welcome to every guest
  • Build strong relationships with guests and tailor recommendations to enhance their stay
  • Coordinate memorable experiences for VIPs, returning guests, and special occasions
  • Handle guest enquiries, feedback, and service recovery with confidence and professionalism
  • Promote room upgrades, spa experiences, dining packages, and other hotel services
  • Encourage repeat business by promoting the benefits of booking directly
  • Work closely with Reception, Reservations, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Spa, and Events teams to deliver a seamless guest experience
  • Monitor guest feedback and identify opportunities to continuously improve service standards
  • Support duty management responsibilities during designated shifts
  • Maintain accurate guest records and prepare reports on guest satisfaction and commercial performance
Key Skills:
  • Prior experience in guest relations, receptionist, hotel operations or front of house role
  • Hotel experience is essential
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Confident upselling products and services to enhance guest experience
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Professional, confident and personable approach
