Our client is seeking two new Regional Sales Managers – South to join their external sales team, working for a well-established manufacturer supplying high-quality flooring profiles and trims into residential and commercial projects nationwide.
You’ll be responsible for developing sales across the Southern region, working closely with contractors, distributors, architects, and specifiers to secure product specifications and win project-based business.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and grow regional sales within the construction and flooring sectors
- Win business at specification stage and position products as “equal or approved”
- Generate and manage project opportunities from specification through to completion
- Build strong relationships with external customers and internal teams
- Proven field sales experience (construction or product-based sales preferred)
- Strong negotiation, influencing, and relationship-building skills
- Confident generating new business and managing a sales territory
- 24 days holiday + bank holidays
