Our client is an established and award-winning charity supporting families in and around Milton Keynes.

Due to their incredible growth from their hard work and determination to help their beneficiaries, they are looking for an Office Manager to support them in their mission. It must be someone who shares their commitment to helping others and is driven by the purpose of making a difference.

Key responsibilities for an Office Manager:

  • Maintaining staff records – annual leave, organising training, preparing contracts
  • Management of fundraising reports from JustGiving, Square, etc for purposes of reconciling, and reporting to Fundraising team.
  • Manage all administration of finances, to include Income and Expenditure reconciliation.
  • Reconciling the bank account and other accounts; Pleo, PayPal, Square, Stripe.
  • Liaising with Management, Auditors & Accountants with Annual preparation of account and Charity Commission filing.
  • Manage all expense, invoice and receipts for the whole team, in line with Financial Controls Policy.
  • Day-to-day management of the office and supporting the CEO with commitments.

Key Skills for an Office Manager:

  • Financial administration experience - knowledge of Xero or similar accounts package
  • Solid Administration skills
  • Must pass a DBS check
